Cambridge International AS & A Level past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge International AS & A Level are being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2027 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

To get your Cambridge International AS & A Level past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 9709).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 9700 past papers? Thank you.”

    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

It was due to your past papers that I got an A* in Hindi as a second Language in October 2017 and got a PUM of 100 in Extended Maths 0580 in May-June 2017.       Try to clear your browsing data e.g. history, cookies etc? Please also access the past papers page at Google non-peak hours. The non-peak hour for Google is 7pm?7am, GMT 0. Please work it out in your local timezone.

    None of the papers for AS Biology, Physics or Chemistry are uploaded. The biology folder contains only a ms from w_08 and the other 2 folders are empty. Help please! i have got my exams PLUS MOCKS coming up!!!
