Do you offer exam model answers for CIE IGCSE Geography please. I’m writing my Geography exam in May/June 2024.
Hello Petal,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, we do not have Cambridge IGCSE Geography model answers. But you may find these exam tips helpful.
– actually address the question being asked; stay focused
– think carefully about how to define a given term, ensuring that you use the correct facts in your description, not just all the facts you can think of
– relate any facts, definitions or knowledge you’ve given to the question being asked, i.e. consider the context of the information you are giving
– are clear and direct in any statements or conclusions you are making; the examiner cannot make assumptions about what you mean. You need to make it very clear
– support any statements or conclusions with examples and statistics from your case studies.
We hope this helps!
What is the difference between the different variant models in each exam paper pls?
Hello Anne,
The different variant is for the different administrative zones. All the different time zones will have different sets of papers. This is to maintain exam security, and to manage the timetabling of exams.
You may check which administrative zone you are in here: https://www.skolatis.com/cambridge-igcse-exam-schedules/
We hope this helps.
Hello IGCSE Team
hey, help me please i want to pass combined science so what should l do to get an A*.
Hello Tafara,
Practising lots of past papers is the key to success. Start with the latest papers (https://www.skolatis.com/cambridge-igcse-past-exam-papers/) as they have the newest syllabus format and continue with the older ones date back from 5 to 10 years. Then, revise on the most common mistakes that you always seem to make. Pay attention to the most common mistakes you always seem to make. Make notes and revise them, so you can avoid making the same mistakes in your actual exam.
We hope this helps.
