Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

In order to avoid high late entry fees, you must send in your exam registration form in time. Find out the exam registration key dates, and get the form submitted before the due dates.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Finally, the wait is over. The results were out, and I was really happy to get a distinction. I would like to thank IGCSE centre, for providing me with the past papers on time. I got 4A*s(Maths, Physics, Chemistry and ICT). 2 A*s (Biology and Additional maths), 1 B (Economics) and 2 C's (English as a first language and French as a foreign language).

    I know the Italian Foreign Language Syllabus Restarted in 2014 May-June,
    But there are only papers for 2002-2005…
    Could I have the May-June 2014 Papers please,
    With the specimen paper, I have done it a thousand times, and I still feel I don’t have practice….
    And the old papers have a very difficult non-related syllabus compared to the specimen paper…..
    So could you please upload the May June 2014 Italian Papers…
    And also, there is no Italian in the October November Sessions…..

    Can anyone please explain how the time base part in Cathode ray oscilloscope work for Physics.
    I do not understand how to deduce the voltage from the Cathode ray screen, like what happens at Y plate to do what, and also at the time- base.

    If we are to ignore grade thresholds. What is the A* minimum mark in percentage for the three sciences and maths.I know it changes every year but i would request an estimtion from you.
    I give you all my gratitude in advance.

    1. Hi Ahmed,
      We would say minimum 90% (or above) for the three sciences, and around 95% for Maths 0580. For Additional Maths 0606 would be about 90% (and above). 🙂

      These are the “norm standard”. If you train yourself to achieve these percentages in your school’s exams, getting A* is “expectable”. But CIE is very nice, they let the grade thresholds to determine the percentage for each year, to help you guys to achieve higher grades 😉
