Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

It was due to your past papers that I got an A* in Hindi as a second Language in October 2017 and got a PUM of 100 in Extended Maths 0580 in May-June 2017.   3. Hey, I was wondering you know for the Past Exam Papers link, the files are given headings like 0653_s14_er.pdf. If it’s not a hassle, could you guys rename it to its respective headings on the top of the paper. Like for example, 0653_s14_gt.pdf could be renamed as Grade Threshold for short for easier access. The files are already filed under very specific dates already so, just a tip. I find it kind of hard to navigate through all these.

    Or maybe just provide a legend to follow for every subject?

    This name means what part.
    eg.
    0653_s14_gt.pdf – Grade Threshold
    0653_s14_ms.pdf – Mark Scheme
    So on and so forth.
