Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Dear IGCSE Centre, Thank you so much for your help and timely past paper uploads. I just got my results for the IGCSE February-March 2019 Series and I got 9A* for all my 9 subjects (First Language English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, ICT, French, English Literature and History) with a very high average score and I scored 97% for Biology, which had been one of my weakest subjects!   1. Ok so I got my results today and i managed to get all credits. I got 1 A* 3 A’s 1B and 1C. Anyway I got a C in history and was very unhappy and confused because during my mock exams i got an A and my predicted grade was an A*. I have never gotten below a B before so i’m really shocked. What should I do ?

      If you are not satisfy with your History grade, you can ask for re-marking.

    I was wondering if i took my ICT exam in November can i send the paper for re-evaluation along with a few of the papers i just got the marks for.

    PS: What is the charge for sending on paper for re-evaluation

      Yes, you can request for re-evaluation of your papers for May/June session.

      For the charges, please check with CIE. They are the one will charge you for the re-evaluation.

  4. Hi guys!!!!!! I am sooooo happpy abt my result i jope u all also got what y expected!!! Well i did and i got 3 A* and 3 A s and i am very thankful to every including all yhe other user who had been very helpful in all tyms and OFCOURSE the IGCSE Team who was there always to clear away any doubt and provide us with the best matters.
