Please help me my teacher says 1 mark is deducted for wrong spellimgs in igcse so she gave me -5 for quality of writing out of 13 because igot 14 wrong spellings so my teacher deducted 14 from 9. In total my 38 marks are deducted in paper 2. And 3 in semister and according ti her igcse checks like this so now I am being forced by school to take core. How can i convince my teacher about this because otherwise I would have got above 60 and would have taken extended.

You can’t “convince” anything. Your writing does the talking. The only way is to improve your writing, and use that to “convince” your teacher 🙂

Please do not do so. Just ask for a new sheet of writing paper and write on the lines. It is very easy to ask for a new sheet of papers, and we do not understand why many students don’t do that and choose to write “out of the lines” and feel nervous after that.
Do you need a second language to enter a good university such as Harvard or Cardiff?

Second language is not compulsory. But if your chosen course is related to foreign language other than English, then you need to have that language taken.
