Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Finally, the wait is over. The results were out, and I was really happy to get a distinction. I would like to thank IGCSE centre, for providing me with the past papers on time. I got 4A*s(Maths, Physics, Chemistry and ICT). 2 A*s (Biology and Additional maths), 1 B (Economics) and 2 C's (English as a first language and French as a foreign language).

  1. Hey guyz! my names max and im going to write the may/june 2016 igcse soon and i was wondering if any of you could have the february march 2016 papers because examinations are in india. Also i would really appreciate it if anyone could give me the ICT 2016 practical papers from may june 2016 because practical examinations have been already conducted in some schools so im really hoping one of you lads out there has a soft copy of the question paper.
