Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

In order to avoid high late entry fees, you must send in your exam registration form in time. Find out the exam registration key dates, and get the form submitted before the due dates.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

I have achieved an all A* ‘s in the 3 subjects which I wrote, all three of which I expected a D or below in. 99% of my success is thanks to this website. No other place have I seen such a huge and wholesome library of past papers and committed people to answer questions. I had posted many questions over the many months that I used this website for my exams, and received a reply in less than an hour! Just amazing. I intend to use this website for my Oct/Nov and Feb/March AS and A levels, and I have no doubt that I will receive an all A*’s again.     1. they always give all the instructions in paper 6 don’t worry! normal is perpendicular to line of medium where ray enters. and rarer to denser, refracted ray bends towards normal and vice versa! I’m doing that paper in 3hrs, gd luck S K

        1. But how do you know if the image is going to be diminished or magnified or focused or unfocused? And how the hell do you make the experiments more accurate??

        2. I did the paper and it went absolutely well! There were no tricky questions lol. And if the image is bigger than the object then its magnified and vice versa (im sure they taught you how to obtain the image at school). As for the focused part, it depends on the lighting ( I guess ). to make it accurate, take focal distance from center of lens and move screen SLOWLY back and forth for an accurate and focused image.

    I’m a bit confused about the instructions for this year’s English literature (0486) paper 1: poetry and prose.
    Do we have to write on one extract and one essay only (like in paper 2: drama) or can we write any 2 questions we wish i.e both extracts/both essays???
