Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

        1. If your exam is in 2015, don’t bother about practising the 2016 specimen papers. 2016 has different syllabus than 2015.

    2. Specimen paper 2016? It depends on the syllabus change. Some subjects have a massive change in syllabus from 2015 to 2016 and doing sp16 then it utterly useless (and maybe demotivating too haha). But some might be the same and it quite helpful (from experience). Worth a try, gd luck!

      Hope that paper 3 for both physics and biology is easy as well ahhhh

      1. both were easier than anything i have solve
        there were only some tricky parts in bio
        except for the fact that there was ONE compleeeeeeete repeated question in bio!!!!!
        you will all do great dont worry!
        btw if u didnt have ur math paper 2
        go search on youtube
        “how to change Repeated decimals to fractions”
        2 marks
        so u cant use ur calculator u should show ur work!

        1. Type the number continously and then press=
          The fraction u get… Multiply the denominator and numerator by 2 and then equal to value u got on calculator simple there u go… U have the working

            but u need to show ur work
            u have to use a way
            search on internet ull find it
            its also there in the speciment paper
            u cant use the calculator
            they stated in the exam!
            use the calculator just to make sure though

        2. I dont do physics but p6 bio was soo chill !! Better than my mocks. I got a B in p6 mocks. In 2015 p6 i see an A but i dont want to jinx myself 🙂 🙂
