I’ve learned advanced things much faster than a teacher could have taught me!
“I am really enjoying Skolatis! It is very helpful. I feel that the way you teach the subjects are very helpful and aid in helping people learn more complicated things. For example I’m a lot ahead in chemistry and biology. I’ve learned many more advanced things much faster than a teacher could have taught me it. Skolatis has really helped me improve in chemistry and biology!”

Hey igcse team! what a-level subject should i choose for entering a psychology major?
Hello Vianna,
There have been many different subjects required for different university. We can only suggest, but you have to confirm with the university as which subjects are needed. You may consider: English, Maths, Psychology, Sociology, any of the science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
Hello,
what a-level subjects should i chose to become an aereonautical engineer
Hello there,
A good guideline is English, Maths, Mathematics Further, Biology, Physics, Chemistry. But we suggest that you should get the confirmation from the university on their entry requirement.
We hope this helps. Thank you.
uhmm, how do i contact them?
Hi again,
You may search for their website and look for their contact number and email address.
how many subjects can i pick as a law student and what subjects will e preferable for me to do
Hello Ian,
In practical, anyone could study Law as long as he/she obtains the minimum required grades for the Law colleges/institutions/universities. English is the most important subject that you need to have and obtain very high grade, minimum A in order to enter a reputable Law colleges/institutions/universities. As the command of language must be strong in this field.
We have seen students from the science group entered Law degree, and also students from the art group entered Law degree. There are also working adults who in search for career advancement taking Law degree as well.
If you want to know a specific subject needed, it would be a good idea to check on the universities’ websites and find out from there.
We hope this helps.
i was wondering about the igcse french 2 language book look like since im talking , it from home just because my schools had me choose between it and another subject
Hello Saja,
Practicing past papers would also be good for you as it can help you prepare answers to questions that are likely to come up in the exams.
Here are some tips for you:
1. Pick 3 or 4 practice exam questions that are different from each other (closest to what is expected in the latest syllabus). You can refer to the latest syllabus on what is expected during exams here: https://www.skolatis.com/cambridge-igcse-subjects-syllabuses/.
2. Find out how to pronounce the words and read them out loud.
3. Learn your answers by heart. Learn your answers one phrase or sentence at a time. Select a chunk and repeat it to yourself over and over until you’ve got it.
4. Understand and learn the questions. Look up any words you don’t know and learn to recognise keywords. Learn each question alongside the answer that goes with it.
5. Learn two or three idiomatic phrases or sayings and memorise them. Go for sayings that could be used to talk about any topic or topic-specific ones that you know you’ll be able to use in the exam.
6. Compile a list of topic-specific vocab that’s likely to come up. If you can, learn the gender of any nouns and the different tenses of any verbs. Learn the vocab so you can use and recognise it.
7. Get a parent or friend to do a mock exam with you. Pay attention to where you slip up and then work on improving those areas.
8. Make useful notes.
We hope this helps.
