Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

I have achieved an all A* ‘s in the 3 subjects which I wrote, all three of which I expected a D or below in. 99% of my success is thanks to this website. No other place have I seen such a huge and wholesome library of past papers and committed people to answer questions. I had posted many questions over the many months that I used this website for my exams, and received a reply in less than an hour! Just amazing. I intend to use this website for my Oct/Nov and Feb/March AS and A levels, and I have no doubt that I will receive an all A*’s again.     My IGCSE BOARDS are in 2 months (Feb/March 2021) and I didn’t even start studying…
    Well, I did start, but cannot even remember one thing from my Science subjects…
    ALSO, because of this I’m scared for my Theory and ATP Paper as I’ll have to think and write it, and for MCQs, I’ll just have to think a bit and mostly do it by logic…
    PLS HELP ME

      We suggest that you go through the subject syllabus here: https://www.skolatis.com/cambridge-igcse-subjects-syllabuses/ and list down things you are confident and not so sure about. Study the topics that you are not so sure about.

      Then continue practicing with the latest past exam papers which you can download here: https://www.skolatis.com/cambridge-igcse-past-exam-papers/. Make notes on the common mistakes you always seem to make. Read and annotate your textbook for the questions you got wrong. In this way, you will avoid the same mistakes on your actual exam.
