Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

I would like to thank the IGCSECentre team for all you've done, thanks to you I've been able to build up my confidence and now I got 6 A* and 1 B, before I always get C's or below but I am incredibly happy that I scored this grade, all thanks to you IGCSECentre! Dear IGCSE Centre, Thank you so much for your help and timely past paper uploads. I just got my results for the IGCSE February-March 2019 Series and I got 9A* for all my 9 subjects (First Language English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, ICT, French, English Literature and History) with a very high average score and I scored 97% for Biology, which had been one of my weakest subjects! I couldn't have done this without you guys! You are the best! God bless you!

    Will there be, by any chance the relation of the February/March 2021 Science exams to the O Levels Exams…

    Based on previous years, 2020, 2019, etc…

    Because I was going through the O Levels Syllabus for Science and saw that the topics, etc. were different…

    1. Hello Anushia,

      IGCSE and O Level have slight differences in the syllabus. The style of the exam papers are different as well. We do not encourage to practise O Level papers if you are taking IGCSE, however, you are free to do so if you wish to proceed.

  3. only 10 days days are left for my exam and my syllabus is not completed too. I am going paranoid. what do I do now?

    1. Hello Chris,

      We suggest that you do targeted revision. Take all your previous practices and revise on the most common mistakes you always seem to make. Read and annotate your textbook for the questions you got wrong. This is because you won’t have much time to go through the whole textbook. Then, re-do those questions you got wrong.

    1. Hello Anushia,

      There are no new announcements from Cambridge. As far as we know, the exams will go on as planned where it is safe and permitted.
