- If you wish to have 2 types of essays to be marked, for example one Descriptive essay and one Narrative essay, please increase the purchase quantity to 2 (during step 1) and choose 2 different past papers.

HI IGCSE CENTER I WANT TO ASK YOU THAT WHY CAN’T WE BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION TO MARK OUR PAPER WITHOUT CREATING THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT BECAUSE I FIND I VERY DIFFICULT TO USE AS COMPARED WITH OTHER PAYMENT APPS ONLINE AND IF NO THEN TELL ME HOW TO LINK OUR BANK ACCOUNT WITH THE PAYPAL APP TO MAKE TRANSACTIONS????
Hello Kartik,
You can always purchase the “Mark Your Paper” service by using your credit/debit card.
If you wish to link your bank account with PayPal, please kindly check on PayPal’s website for the instructions. For example here: https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/faq686
Lastly, we would appreciate if your message is not written in all caps, as that is regarded as rude, and furthermore not easy to read.
I want to ask you that can we pay you the money without creating the paypal account because on the option of the credit and debit card it only allows us if we agree to create our paypal account
Hi Kartik,
You can pay using your credit card without creating Paypal account. Kindly click “Pay with Credit/Debit Card” and it will lead you to Paypal Guest Checkout.

hello all, please i need a little help with the English as second language
Hi William,
You can revise the subjects from the beginning. Highlight the important facts that you think could be on the test (you should refer to the latest syllabus on what is expected during exams here: https://www.skolatis.com/cambridge-igcse-subjects-syllabuses/). You can then use the past exam papers as your revision. Start with the latest papers as they have the newest syllabus format and continue with the older ones date back from 5 to 10 years. Then, revise on the most common mistakes that you always seem to make. Pay attention to the most common mistakes you always seem to make. Make notes and revise them, so you can avoid making the same mistakes in your actual exam.
i need help with my physics and chemistry who wants to help out please
Hello Fisayo,
With Science subjects , you’ll need a lot of practice.
1. Learn and understand the key concepts and formulas. Familiarise/memorise the key equations/formulas (refer to the latest syllabus on what is expected: https://www.skolatis.com/cambridge-igcse-subjects-syllabuses/ ).
2. Do revision based on the latest syllabus and practice with the latest past exam papers. Pay attention to the most common mistakes you always seem to make. Make notes and revise them, so you can avoid making the same mistakes in your actual exam.
Tips:
Minimize your reference checks. Try solving a problem with the formula without looking it up. You MUST do this as many times as you can. You will be able to remember the formulas/key equations better when you repeat this step.
Hope this helps.

I will take IGCSE speaking test(0510) which things I have to prepare when I take exam??
Hi Lee,
For a normal procedure, if you will only have Speaking test for that day, you only need to bring your ID and your Statement of Entry. Here’s a sample of a Statement of Entry: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kocaJqYxf07gM2Y_6KSwg7udv-b9TETtqyZrzz4mR-w/edit?usp=sharing
However, we strongly suggest you to get the confirmation from your school/exam centre. You must make sure if they have any special requirement for entering examination hall.
Respected Sir/Ma’am,
I would like to express my utter gratitude to IGCSE Centre for aiding me in my endeavours. No other site could compare to this and I am disgusted to how people stoop to such low levels. I would like to express my appreciation and my wishes to you. All the best!
Although I did not get to use the website a lot, since my past paper journey recently began, I never would have thought that such an valuable and kind, thoughtful website would have to be punished for the acts of disrespectful, pompous students.
I would like some advice on how to proceed for subjects like Hindi as a Second Language or Business Studies.
Forever indebted to you,
Dhruv
Hello Dhruv R,
Thank you so much for your kind words. We appreciate comments like this.
Here are some tips for Hindi as a Second Language: To improve your writing skills, the most important things you need to do are: read a lot and write a lot. Try to read Hindi Articles on various topics which will likely come up to the exams. For example: Health, Tourism, Science and Technology etc. We can’t stress enough of “read a lot”. By reading, you will gain tremendous knowledge on how to phrase your sentences, types of vocabulary, style, etc… Besides reading, you ought to practise writing as well. You have to put to use what you have learnt. Practice with past exam papers. Start with the latest paper as they have the newest syllabus format and continue with the older one date back from 5 to 10 years.
On the other hand for Business Studies, demonstrate the application of knowledge and concepts using the given scenario. This doesn’t mean simply referencing the business name. Analyse the issues faced and make suitable recommendations as to what this particular business should do. Always use the information provided in the case study or question stem as a guide in considering what to write.
Hope this helps.
