We are hiring an operations-first, high-standard executor who wants to grow into a future Operations Lead / Founder’s Right Hand.
This role starts with disciplined execution.
You will first demonstrate:

This is not a strategy role (yet).
Marketing direction is already defined.

🧩 Role Structure
- ~60–70% Operations
- ~30–40% Marketing Execution
Scope may expand based on performance and business needs.
🔹 Primary Focus: Operations Excellence
1️⃣ Systems & Quality Control
You will:
- Maintain and improve SOP documentation
- Monitor automated systems and flag issues early
- Manage WordPress & WooCommerce backend
- Perform basic HTML formatting edits
- Ensure all PDFs, documents, and materials are professionally delivered
- Conduct quality checks before anything is sent externally
- Identify recurring inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve workflow efficiency
This role exists to protect operational standards.
2️⃣ Email & Customer Operations (Important)
You will:
- Handle customer emails professionally and calmly
- Manage inquiries from students, parents, and partners
- Ensure tone aligns with brand standards
- Track follow-ups and maintain organised records
- Escalate issues appropriately
- Convert recurring issues into improved SOPs
This requires:
- Clear writing
- Emotional maturity
- Sound judgement under pressure
🔹 Secondary Focus: Marketing Execution
Marketing strategy is already defined.
You will execute:
- AI-assisted content writing (editing and refining required)
- Social media scheduling
- Email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Content repurposing
- Landing page updates
- Marketing material formatting
This is structured execution, not strategy ownership.
⏱ Time Commitment
- 2–4 hours per day
- Flexible working hours
- Must overlap at least 2 hours between 1pm–6pm (GMT+8)
- Occasional weekend support when required
- Available during Christmas and New Year for essential support

🔧 Required Competence
You must be comfortable with:
- WordPress
- WooCommerce
- Basic HTML
- PDF formatting and document handling
- Professional email writing
- AI tools (with judgement and verification)
- Organised digital file management
Strong digital literacy is non-negotiable.
Mandarin is a plus.
