Accessibility Statement for Skolatis

Skolatis is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to guarantee we provide equal access to all of our users.

Types of accessibility we support
We want our website to be inclusive for everyone. However, currently, we can only provide support to individuals with mobility issues. Our accessibility roadmap outlines the standards we plan to meet and the target dates when we will improve accessibility on our website. The following are the areas we are working on:

  • Vision (in the planning stage; target completion: year 2025)
  • Auditory (in the planning stage; target completion: 2026)

Measures to support accessibility
Skolatis takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Including accessibility as part of our mission statement.
  • Including accessibility throughout our internal policies.
  • Integrating accessibility into our procurement practices.
  • Actively recruiting and hiring accessibility team members.
  • Providing continual accessibility training for our team members.
  • Assigning clear accessibility targets and responsibilities.

Digital accessibility
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
  • zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using a keyboard
  • We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:

  • you cannot modify the line height or spacing of the text
  • most of the images and PDF documents are not fully accessible to screen reader software
  • video and audio content do not have captions
  • screen reader is unavailable.

We are currently working with website accessibility experts to rectify this issue by implementing these features and expect to have this complete by year 2025.

Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Skolatis. Please let us know if you encounter any accessibility barriers:

  • Send us an email via our contact page.
  • We respond to feedback within 24 hours on weekdays, and 48 hours on weekends.

We regrettably have to list out false claim name list on our website in order to let others learn how to act with integrity.

A/A* Guarantee

Please abide to the Terms & Conditions to be eligible for the A/A* Guarantee.

Important Note:

  • A/A* guarantee is only applicable to early revision courses and full courses effective from August 19, 2022.
  • This guarantee does NOT apply on all single payment courses, monthly payment courses and all English subject courses.
  • This guarantee does NOT apply to course members who applied for access arrangements.

Steps to follow to be qualified and to claim A/A* guarantee:

  1. Create and share the full study calendar no later than 1 week after you signed up for the course.
  2. Follow through the weekly course schedule and spend a minimum of 60 minutes a day per subject.

  4. Click the “Complete” button after every lesson and practice.
  5. Participate in ALL the scheduled Q&A sessions after every section.
  6. Scan and submit all the solved structured questions practices for each topic which we assigned. Please include your full name, username, and email address in all your practices.
  7. Scan and submit all the solved past exam papers which we assigned. Please include your full name, username, and email address in all your past exam papers.
  8. You MUST have submitted your mock exam for marking. Your mock exam score must be 95% and above. If your mock exam is below 95%, you must use the Q&A session to clarify your mistakes, reattempt mock exam and submit for marking again (additional marking charge applies). Failing to do so, you are disqualified.
  9. If we find any mistakes in the structured questions practices and past exam papers, and you did not clarify your doubt by using the Q&A session to get the correct answers, you are disqualified.
  10. If we find any mistakes in the past exam papers, and you did not clarify your doubt by using the Q&A session to get the correct answers, you are disqualified.
  11. If you submit last-minute requests for Q&A and marking, you are disqualified.

Important Notes:

  • Our system keeps a record of all the login dates and times, quizzes scores, as well as all the questions submitted in the Q&A sessions (for structured questions and past exam papers practices).
  • Simply by logging in and let the time run, without working on all the practices and past papers, you will not get any results, and the guarantee won’t apply.
  • You MUST work on ALL structured questions before looking at the answers. Simply by “reading” the structured questions’ answers without working on them, you will not get any results, and the guarantee won’t apply.
  • Simply by purchasing the course, thinking you can ask for refund without actually taking action to work on all required tasks; the guarantee won’t apply.
  • If you have already planned not to score A/A*, intentional underperformance to abuse the guarantee from the start, write in to ask the process to claim refund before your actual exam, you are disqualified. Once we discovered this intention from a member, we deserved the right to expel this member from our courses, and the name will be distributed to our network of future employers under the iGraduate Club*.
  • If you submit your mock exam then cancel your subscription right after, your mock exam won’t be marked. You need an active subscription to have your mock exam marked.
