Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    Wts the difference between the varients ? we take varient 62 in my centre for bio,chem and physics
    so i heard 61 means its easy, 62 is medium and 63 is hard?

      The variants are for different administrative zone. Not the level of difficulty. They all have the same difficulty, and same syllabus.

    Thank you so much for the papers you’ve provided us with especially when xtremepapers stopped working! The concept of this website is just great and I found great comfort in reading other people’s thoughts and your thoughtful replies.

    Now that my grades are out, i saw some people on instagram who posted their results and had percentages next to their letter grade. I was wondering how that could happen because mine just show the letter grade.

    Last question: The Mathematics (without coursework) exam was really hard and I got an A and most people either got A or B, I was surprised I thought it would be way more curved!

    Anyways I am very happy with my results (5A* and 2A) and cannot thank you enough for this! If only there was a website like this for IB
