Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

In order to avoid high late entry fees, you must send in your exam registration form in time. Find out the exam registration key dates, and get the form submitted before the due dates.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

I have achieved an all A* ‘s in the 3 subjects which I wrote, all three of which I expected a D or below in. 99% of my success is thanks to this website. No other place have I seen such a huge and wholesome library of past papers and committed people to answer questions. I had posted many questions over the many months that I used this website for my exams, and received a reply in less than an hour! Just amazing. I intend to use this website for my Oct/Nov and Feb/March AS and A levels, and I have no doubt that I will receive an all A*’s again.       you can do it, by reading your school chemistry book and any extra chemistry books for learning extra things BUT also you should know the theory, the main principle key definition, and main points to answer past paper.Do not lose any time just read the textbooks carefully and notes given by your teachers. then start your past paper with fresh revision of notes and textbooks then your done [IT WILL BE EASY and DO NOT HESITATE,DO YOU WORK RELAXLY BUT NOT BY TAKING EXCESS RELAX ]

    will it be ok to take the minimum required subjects in two sittings? Like I will take english, math & biology in may/june examination while physics, chemistry & computer science in oct/nov sitting. will the universities i will apply in the future treat it differently if i have taken all the minimum required in one sitting? pls help. thank you so much

      Yes, you can split your subjects into different examination session. There is no problem at all. The universities won’t look into this part. They are looking ONLY at your grades 🙂
