Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

I've never really had any confidence when it comes to exams, I get nervous during the exam because I've never really had a proper way to prepare for it until I came across IGCSE centre. I would like to thank the IGCSECentre team for all you've done, thanks to you I've been able to build up my confidence and now I got 6 A* and 1 B, before I always get C's or below but I am incredibly happy that I scored this grade, all thanks to you IGCSECentre! Dear IGCSE Centre, Thank you so much for your help and timely past paper uploads. I just got my results for the IGCSE February-March 2019 Series and I got 9A* for all my 9 subjects (First Language English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, ICT, French, English Literature and History) with a very high average score and I scored 97% for Biology, which had been one of my weakest subjects! I couldn't have done this without you guys! You are the best! God bless you!

    I received my results and i got an A in Maths Physics Biology English. My only concern is that i got a C in computer science and a D in chemistry. I wish to pursue engineering in the future (not chemical engineering) and wanted to ask you if there is a need to retake either one or both the subjects.(chemistry and Computer science).

        1. We are afraid you might need to resit Chemistry. The courses you intend to take are related to Chemistry, though it’s not directly Chemical Engineering.

  5. Dear IGCSE TEAM

    Wts the difference between the varients ? we take varient 62 in my centre for bio,chem and physics
    so i heard 61 means its easy, 62 is medium and 63 is hard?

      The variants are for different administrative zone. Not the level of difficulty. They all have the same difficulty, and same syllabus.
