Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

In order to avoid high late entry fees, you must send in your exam registration form in time. Find out the exam registration key dates, and get the form submitted before the due dates.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

I never thought I would even touch an A grade until I found your website. The collection of past papers really boosted my confidence and helped me to cope up with the format of the IGCSE papers.     I got Bs in Business,ICT,Accounting,English,Maths and Cs in Physics and Economics. I want to go for Marketing in future carrier so what subjects do you recommend me to take in A levels? I am really confused. So far i have decided to go for Business, ICT and what more 2 subjects will help me further? Numbers are not my best so i don’t want to take Accounting. Thank you. 🙂

    1. Hi Noha,
      You need English, Maths and Economics. ICT is not necessary, but if you like this subject, you can keep learning it. It is a good subject, and could help you in the future as well.

    My results are as follows: 1 A*, 6 A’s and 2 C’s. Is that good or? I’m very confused of what is considered as good in terms of results in IGCSE.

    1. Hi Faiq,
      Please do not look at whether it is Good or Bad. Any grade is good grade. That is your achievement.

      Please try to look at what do you want to study in the future. Then see if your grades could help you in achieving that or not. If not, you might want to consider to resit that subject.

      It is as simple as that 🙂

      We are afraid you might need to resit Maths, Biology and Chemistry if you intend to do medicine later. Please also consider Physics if you are able to take in one more subject.
