I just gave the feb/march 2017 maths paper 22 can someone me how to do the second last question, part (c) in which you had to find the equation of a line that is perpendicular to the given line and it goes through coordinates (3,-1)
Use the below equation to find the gradient of the perpendicular line
M1*M2=-1
(M1 is the gradient of the first line)
(M2 is the gradient for the perpendicular line)
Once you get the gradient substite the coordinates (3,-1) values in the line equation ie y=mx+c
You will get the value of C..
Form the final equation and the answer is over.

You can find it by clicking on “Past Exam Papers” tab, scroll down and find “Chemistry (0620), if you’re looking for the UK only, its right beneath called “Chemistry (9-1) (UK only) – 0971 New”. Click into the folder and find your Year > FM, MJ, or ON > and select your papery you want to view
The structured paper was amusing… Literal non sense… Anybody can easily get an A… and the alternative to practical was so short! I mean no graphs and stuff… Loved both!
