Yes. First was reflection, then it was translation.
That’s absolutely wrong! Sorry, there is a long delay in replying but yes that’s wrong. As it was written MT(A) so, you need to perform T(A) firstly applying the functions or the logic where function T is written nearer to (A). So, firstly there would be Translation and then Reflection!

In the Economics papers, will we be granted marks by simply writing the answers or are we supposed to expound on them?
Like, in the ICT exam we can write only the basic points with some explanation and we’re stilled granted the full marks, but is it the same in Econmics?

You must write your answers in proper sentences, not bullet points. This is because you will need to explain, analyse, or discuss, and answering in bullet points makes it difficult to gain even half mark for questions where the command word is explain, analyse, or discuss.
So, please follow the instructions/questions given and do not ?test? the examiners.
I got 5A*s and one A in english, this miracle is all because of IGCSE centre, my search history has clogged up of IGCSE centre! keep doing the good work, and even the revision classes helped me a lot!!!

For Listening exams:
1. Pick 3 or 4 practice exam questions that are different from each other (closest to what is expected in the latest syllabus). You can refer to the latest syllabus on what is expected during exams here: https://www.skolatis.com/cambridge-igcse-subjects-syllabuses/.
2. Build your personal vocabulary – learn a small number of new words every day.
3. Find out how to pronounce the words
4. Understand and learn the questions. Look up any words you don?t know and learn to recognise keywords. Learn each question alongside the answer that goes with it.
5. Compile a list of topic-specific vocab that?s likely to come up. If you can, learn the gender of any nouns and the different tenses of any verbs. Learn the vocab so you can use and recognise it.
6. Get a parent or friend to do a mock exam with you. Pay attention to where you slip up and then work on improving those areas.
7. Make useful notes.
Can we write proverbs in formal letter in igcse esl paper. If we can should we write them in quotation or without quotation?

One or two proverbs/idioms are ok. But not more than that. Otherwise, your essay would sound too stereotypical.

Yes, you can get ideas from TV shows as long as you’re answering the exam questions. Remember, don’t write out of topic.

No, I put it in the universal set (outside the circle) as 9 ppl had passed and all others had failed. I think that must be correct, I have put 2 in the intersection
I put 9 outside the ven diagram because the conditions does not apply to 9 trucks…I did not get 9 inside the diagram and i am sure of it..

for the second venn digram question the answer is nine but the intersection is two because the ven diagram was about the trucks/cars that failed the test and the number nine you are talking about was the cars that passed
It was outside the 2 circles.
9 was outside both the set’s (in the universal set) and 2 was in the intersection. Thant was easy

Actually it was a question from a 2014 paper, 4-2-5 (9 outside) or 5-9-4 (2 outside) are both allowed as the question was worded badly

Hello Michelle Kay! I know that you are so eager to know the answer. You can know the answer when the marking scheme is released. I’m afraid, you have to wait till then. You might ruin your vacation if you come to know that your answer is incorrect. Anyways keep hoping for high marks Michelle. Even I’m doing the same because we wrote the same exam.

See, I know that we can do nothing about the paper we have finished writing…But I personally do not get tensed even if the answer I wrote is wrong..I would be glad to know that my answer was right also..So, by asking questions here, I do not lose anything…And moreover, there are so many people asking their doubts..Why say this only to me? Even you both have asked the same questions before…:)
I think michelle has the right to put any question she want as long as she doesnt use abusive language against others.I think you guys are the ones who should calm down. All of us are writing our board exam. We all would be eager to know the answers. Thats how students should be in my opinion.
