In order to avoid high late entry fees, you must send in your exam registration form in time. Find out the exam registration key dates, and get the form submitted before the due dates.

There is no such way. You will have to go in each subject folders and search for the year.

I got a news that for Igcse 7 subjects are compulsory is it true ?

If you are referring to Cambridge ICE Award, a minimum of 7 subjects from five curriculum areas is compulsory to be qualified for the Cambridge ICE certificate.
If you take less than 7 subjects, you do not qualify for the Cambridge ICE certificate. However, if you do not want to get the ICE Award, you just need 5 subjects. Please read more here: https://igcsecentre.com/what-is-igcse/
