Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    I know its a bit too early to ask but till when are you guys going to post the feb march papers? It would be great if you could post the ict practicals for feb march 2016 as I am a little scared as the practical format has changed completely with the new written questions and we only have the specimen paper to practice the new format from.I am giving my exams in may june this year and I know this is kind of impossible but if this is not possible can anyone give me tips on the new theory and practical and how it was?

    2. I had given the Feb-March 2016. If u say the practical, i happen only remember my practical, just do the the specimen papers, One of the paper was almost as same as the specimen paper (of course the topic will be different), and practice the Mail merge in word, that contained a lot of marks in the paper. that?s all, i hope u will score good, 😀

    1. it depends. If you are in Core Maths, You practice 1 and 3. and If in Extended, You should practice 2 and 4.

      We are sorry we do not understand your question.

      If you are referring to the change of syllabus, please get the latest syllabus from CIE and you will know which subject has new syllabus and which will remain the same.
