Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).

    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    2. Hi Monica,

      You have to make up your mind, these 2 are a completely different field and required different subjects. You might want to consider adding Chemistry and Further Maths in your subject list if you want to study engineering. For medicine, you also need Chemistry.

      The best is, check with the university entry requirement for required subjects.

      Thank you for your kind words.

      It depends on how much time you have left. If you?re running out of time, you should start doing your revision based on the latest syllabus (https://www.skolatis.com/cambridge-igcse-subjects-syllabuses/) and practice with the latest past exam papers (https://igcsecentre.com/cambridge-igcse-past-exam-papers/). Start with the latest papers as they have the newest syllabus format and continue with the older ones date back from 5 to 10 years. Then, revise on the most common mistakes that you always seem to make.

      We?ve uploaded all past exam papers that we have at the moment. If you do not see the past exam paper you?re looking for, that?s the papers we are missing. We will upload them as soon as get ahold of them, so, do check the page from time to time.
