Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

In order to avoid high late entry fees, you must send in your exam registration form in time. Find out the exam registration key dates, and get the form submitted before the due dates.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    1. Hello Himanshu,

      Specimen Papers would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.

    I’m currently doing 9 subjects.English as a second language(Oral Endorsements),Mathematics,Biology,Chemistry,Physics,Agriculture,Development Studies,Geography and Setswana.I would really appreciate it if you could give me some study tips on how to get atleast 6A* which is what I’m hoping for.I’m sitting gor the Oct/Nov Exams.

      Start with the latest papers as they have the newest syllabus format and continue with the older ones date back from 5 to 10 years. Then, revise on the most common mistakes that you always seem to make.

  6. Thank you for providing all the past papers on time so that students like me could get a lot of work done before the exams! My results for the May/June session came out on August and I got the grades I’ve been anticipating for! And they were better than I expected!

          Try to clear your browsing data e.g. history, cookies etc? Please also access the past papers page at Google non-peak hours. The non-peak hour for Google is 7pm?7am, GMT 0. Please work it out in your local timezone.

  8. I wrote my IGCSE Exam in 2017 October November. I received 6 A* and 1 A in the 7 subjects that I had taken. Moreover, I got 100% in mathematics! Thank you so much, IGCSE centre for providing us with the most recent papers free of cost and making them so readily available.
