Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

In order to avoid high late entry fees, you must send in your exam registration form in time. Find out the exam registration key dates, and get the form submitted before the due dates.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”
  2. Use a valid email:
    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Dear IGCSE Centre, Thank you so much for your help and timely past paper uploads. I just got my results for the IGCSE February-March 2019 Series and I got 9A* for all my 9 subjects (First Language English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, ICT, French, English Literature and History) with a very high average score and I scored 97% for Biology, which had been one of my weakest subjects! I couldn't have done this without you guys! You are the best! God bless you!

    The French listening tracks are not up for May June 2016. Also can you please upload all the May June 2016 for Physics, English Language and English Literature. There are only a few papers for Literature (not all) and no extended papers for Language. For Physics there is no folder for May June. Please could you upload all these.

  3. Please publish the Oct/Nov 2015 marking scheme for papers 6 (most preferably for papers 61 and 63 as 62 is already there) as soon as possible because the exams are days away & I want more to practice with. And besides that, I don’t know if my answers are correct.

    papers for english as a first language s16 qp 2 and its variants it is not there on the website
    as well as hindi m16 and s16 are exactly the same , please resolve the issue and do make the papers available ,
