Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.

Dear IGCSE Centre, Thank you so much for your help and timely past paper uploads. I just got my results for the IGCSE February-March 2019 Series and I got 9A* for all my 9 subjects (First Language English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, ICT, French, English Literature and History) with a very high average score and I scored 97% for Biology, which had been one of my weakest subjects!   3. Hi, can you please try and get the papers up as soon as possible! All the links people have posted haven’t worked for me and I know I have my English language tomorrow, like so many others and can imagine that this is an additional unnecessary stress. Also if anyone finds the papers online somewhere else can you please comment the link!!
