I’ve learned advanced things much faster than a teacher could have taught me!
“I am really enjoying Skolatis! It is very helpful. I feel that the way you teach the subjects are very helpful and aid in helping people learn more complicated things. For example I’m a lot ahead in chemistry and biology. I’ve learned many more advanced things much faster than a teacher could have taught me it. Skolatis has really helped me improve in chemistry and biology!”

Hi
I’m 18 years old and still in grade 9… I’m not sure whether is this age okay or not…? pls help me
Hello Dawood,
Do not worry. There’s no maximum age in learning. 🙂
If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to write to us.
I was 21 when I finished my igcse. I had to resit because I attained poor grades (mostly Ds and Es) in my previous igcse results. It took me some time to complete my secondary education but I made it. I finally completed igcse last year where I scored As and Bs. There’s no age limit when it comes to learning so don’t give up! 🙂
Hi IGCSE Centre!
I wanted to know if the 0417 (Information and Communication Technology) papers of 2003 are available somehow.
Thanks!
Hi Anushka,
Unfortunately, we do not have a copy of Information and Communication Technology (0417) 2003 papers. Furthermore, we do not suggest to revise past papers that are more than 10 years because the syllabus may be outdated already.
Math(0580):
I am giving my IGCSE Board (Feb-Mar series) this year and the Degree of accuracy thing is confusing me in the math(0580) papers.
Each paper says:
“If the degree of accuracy is not specified in the question, and if the answer is not exact, give the answer to three significant figures.”
So what the ‘if the answer is exact’ exactly mean?
Looking forward to a reply soon. Thank you for all your efforts, it will for sure help me out, and help me score the perfect 200/200 as these are the most common mistakes that steal away my marks.
Hello Abhijeet,
Thank you for your kind words. The meaning of “if the answer is not exact” is that, if your answer is not equal to a whole number. For example, if your answer is 12.298, the answer should be given in three significant figures. Thus you should write your answer as 12.3.
Thanks a lot! Now I understand! Earlier I thought that if it is a terminating number then it is exact and if it is non-terminating then it is non-exact!! Thank you for your reply!!

Hey IGCSE,
When is the October November series coming out for the year 2019?
Hello Vaibhav,
We do not have a fixed date as to when it will be available. It can be anytime after the results are released. Please kindly check our page from time to time. Thank you.
igsce team so i am in eight standard and subject selection have came to so i am confused what to take which subjects to choose science bio chem phy
or commerce BS ECO OR ACCOUNTS
ICT OR EVM
FLE OR ESL
FRENCH OR GERMAN
SO CAN YOU GIVE ME A ADVICE
Hello Vinam,
What we can advice to you is to check the universities you have in mind and inquire about their subject and entry requirements in your chosen field of study. In this way, you have a 100% confirmation on the needed subjects.
Hope this helps.
It depends, Vinam, on what you plan on doing in the future. If you want to take commerce then maybe you should do accounts and ICT. Business studies is quite interesting too, I’ve taken it myself (I’m giving my “board exam” in Feb). If you’re fluent in English then take FLE, if not then ESL. The foreign language is all on you, what you’d prefer learning.
Honestly you should approach your administrator and ask him/her what subjects to choose, first say what you would like to do in the future and accordingly he/she might help you.
🙂
How do i practice hindi listening 2019 feb marach and oct nov as their is no audio track?
Hello there,
Unfortunately, we are still missing the audio files. We will upload them as soon as we get ahold of it. Please kindly check our page from time to time.
We suggest that you practice with older past papers too. Thank you for your understanding.
Hi! The Listening paper transcript is available on a few sites. You could find it, and ask your parent or sibling to read it exactly in examination conditions else you can record yourself reading it and use it later! Hope this helps.
Hi,
