Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES. Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CIE (Cambridge International Education) board from The University of Cambridge.

Notes:

  • June 2025 series past exam papers are now available.
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT search for past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to get everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

How to get Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers?

To get your Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers, please follow these steps:

  1. Leave a comment below:
    Scroll down and leave a comment by asking (politely) Team Skolatis’ help to find past papers for you, and state your subject name and code (e.g., Mathematics – 0580).
    Sample sentence: “Hi Team Skolatis, can you please help me to find Biology 0610 past papers? Thank you.”

    Enter your correct email address in the comment form. This is where we will send your papers.
  3. Whitelist our email:
    To receive our message and the past papers in your inbox, follow this guide to whitelist our domain.
  4. Check your inbox: 
    We will spend time searching for the past papers from any free online resources, you can spend your time studying. We’ll email the files within 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    1. Just wanna inform those who is sitting for bio exam! There is a slight change in the syllabus. If you have the “COMPLETE BIOLOGY FOR CAMBRIDGE IGCSE” (Third Edition) by Ron Pickering, you would know what im talking about. They have added “*” to some topics like Asthmas, Hormones, Hierachy of Classification etc. Example; “Asthma*”. Also, Germination of seeds have a * on the topic.

        1. Hi, I don’t know either what it stands for. These sub topics have been in the book for a long time already but now it has a star (*) beside it’s name so I’m curious as well. I’ve asked my teachers but thy said CIE probably wants us to emphasize more on this sub topic

    How would you go about structuring a 40 mark essay? And what sort of things should I include to try and get as close to the 40 marks as possible?

          1. Do you need to describe what it smells like?? Also im kinda confused because my teacher said ethanoic acid on its own doesn’t have a smell :/
