I’ve learned advanced things much faster than a teacher could have taught me!
“I am really enjoying Skolatis! It is very helpful. I feel that the way you teach the subjects are very helpful and aid in helping people learn more complicated things. For example I’m a lot ahead in chemistry and biology. I’ve learned many more advanced things much faster than a teacher could have taught me it. Skolatis has really helped me improve in chemistry and biology!”

what was the answer to the first mcq?
B
B
I’m not sure if it A or B but its was first Disolving then diffusion
SO DISSOLVE AND THEN DIFFUSE RIGHT?
YES
yes thats what i do
did*
In paper-12…
would temperature increase if water was added to anhydrous cobalt(II)chloride.
I only know for sure that its gonna turn pink when added water…..
BUT temperature ???
Temperature incresed because backward reaction was exothermoc
decrease
i chose decrease
I want to know as well
I think it increases
the temperature would decrease..
it decreases but i wrote it increases and im wrong :((((
I believe temperature would increase as the forward reaction was endothermic so the reverse would have been exothermic, thus increasing temperature
i did that too
it said steam given off.
Um I said it is increasing because forward reaction is endothermc as stean is given off so it need to absorb energy to give steam (evaporation) and evaporation is enothermic so if forward reaction is endothermic then backward reaction will be exothermic which favours increase in temperature
Temperature is high because it is exothermic
yes even I was unsure. I wrote temp decreases but everyone says its increase… Im not sure…
its increse since the backward rection is exothermic
It’s increase because when you HEAT hydrated copper chloride it turns to Anhydrous salt and WATER IS REMOVED. This reaction is endothermic, isn’t it? We are providing heat so it’s endothermic,
So when you REMOVE WATER it’s ENDOTHERMIC and so when you ADD WATER to anhydrous salt, the reaction will be EXOTHERMIC, so temperature INCREASES.
it was dissolving and diffusion dont remember b c or d
guys how was 32 chemistry? omg i expected a really hard paper but it was super easy 🙂
32 was easier than expected!!!! though I didn’t really like paper 12
Yea ikr?? paper 6 was easy and i expected this to be hard
SOOOOOOOOOO u guys
2 days left!!!!!!!!!!
after like 6 hours we’ll be done with chemistry and all we’ve got is physics!
(not taking business phew)
good luck all hope y’ll do well and get A*!
im gonna throw everysingle ict worksheet off the balcony on may 20th! cause i hate ict like heck!
goood luck all
hope chem is easy

(i wish chem was as beautiful as physics)
Same Pinch!!! 🙂 I am also finishing my exams on 20 may!!
wow.. i still have 4 weeks for just 3 freaking days of exam
good luck
dont worry 🙂
it will pass really quickly 😀
Haha that’s nice. I have exams until the 11th of June
how was chemistry?
Kinda good?!!?
Um… actually chem IS better than phy….
AND YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ONLY 2 DAYS TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YIPEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
nooooo
physics is “understandable”
cheMISTRY is full of MYSTERIES
what ict on may 20?
whats ict??
hahahahhahaha
nourhan no i mean im done with it
1 DAY TO GOOO
OMG youy guyss are so luckyy i finish mine at june cause i have additional maths
good luck hope u do great!
How was Chemstry paper 12 and 32 guys ????
so freaking easy!! A* for sure!
How was chemisty paper 1 and paper 2?which questions did you particulary find hard? Which topics mainly?
Quite easy honestly.
they were good ! alhamdulilallah
did the same paper :p
not that bad la..i forgot how to produce ethanol..the last question:(
Pretty cool if u ask me. Easier than the past papers to be honest!
In paper-12…
would temperature increase if water was added to anhydrous cobalt(II)chloride.
I only know for sure that its gonna turn pink when added water…..
BUT temperature ???
Temperature would increase when you add water because you are heating it in order to change it to pink 🙂 !
Yes It would increase because it’s a reversible reaction, you heat one, so it’s endothermic,, the reverse reaction is obviously exothermic so temperature increases!
The temperature will increase because making bonds is an exothermic reaction so the heat will be given out
It was pretty good haha
12 Was easy and 32 had about 1 part of a question in the middle that wasn’t that hard but not that easy.
Any last tips for chemistry?
